Just received a note from Executive Chef Wes Rosati about specials this weekend in On The Potomac. Check it out below:

We are now starting to get great local produce and this of course means our menu will be changing soon!

With this anticipated new menu, we are trying out some items starting today (Friday) and through the weekend.

  • “B.L.T” Salad
    • Made with local Lois Produce (Montross, VA) including Tomatoes and Baby Romaine Lettuce, Purple  Basil from Lansdowne’s own garden, Crisps of our House-Made Bacon and Focaccia with a Dijon and Sherry Vinaigrette.
  • Maple Leaf Farm Duck
    • An appetizer of Maple Leaf Farm Duck, Pan Seared Breast and Slow Roasted Leg, Baby Arugula and a Gastrique of Cole Berry Farms (Vernon Hill, VA) Blackberries with Cracked Black Pepper.

Summer is here, and that means our Sounds of Summer concert series is back every Friday. Starting June 18, with the Jack Diamond-Jim Steed Band, and running through September 3.
